Description
The Lennox C35-48C-2F is an upflow evaporator coil for 3.5 to 4 ton R-410A systems, with a factory-installed RFC metering device. It fits a 21-inch C cabinet Lennox furnace, and Lennox sells C35 coils in the US for repair and replacement only, not for new system installs.

Reading the model number
C is an upflow indoor coil, and 35 is the series. 48 is the 3.5 to 4 ton size, C is the 21-inch width that matches C furnaces, and 2 is the factory-installed RFC metering device. Lennox adds a minor revision number on the unit label.
What it pairs with
It lines up with Lennox furnaces that carry the C cabinet letter. It has to connect to an R-410A outdoor unit. The air conditioners and heat pumps we sell use R-454B, so this coil is for keeping an existing R-410A system running.
Sizing and fit
Choose the size to match your outdoor unit's tonnage, and the cabinet letter to match your furnace. It ships with RFC metering; an expansion valve system needs a field-installed kit. Have your outdoor unit's model number ready when you call, and we'll check it against Lennox's AHRI matchups.
Warranty and registration
HVAC USA is an authorized Lennox reseller, and everything we sell is new factory equipment. Your full Lennox warranty applies when a licensed, manufacturer-certified contractor installs your system and registers it within 60 days.
