Description
The Lennox CHX35-36A-6F is a cased horizontal evaporator coil for 3 ton R-410A systems, with a factory-installed check/expansion valve. It fits a 14.5-inch A cabinet Lennox furnace, and Lennox sells CHX35 coils in the US for repair and replacement only, not for new system installs.

Reading the model number
CH is a horizontal indoor coil, X is R-410A, and 35 is the series. 36 is the 3 ton size, A is the 14.5-inch cabinet that matches A furnaces, 6 is the factory check/expansion valve, and F means cased. Lennox adds a minor revision number after the 6F on the unit label.
What it pairs with
It lines up with Lennox furnaces that carry the A cabinet letter. It has to connect to an R-410A outdoor unit. The air conditioners and heat pumps we sell use R-454B, so this coil is for keeping an existing R-410A system running.
Sizing and fit
Choose the size to match your outdoor unit's tonnage, and the cabinet letter to match your furnace. Right-hand airflow needs a field-built 6-inch spacer between the furnace and the coil. Have your outdoor unit's model number ready when you call, and we'll check it against Lennox's AHRI matchups.

HVAC USA is an authorized Lennox reseller, and everything we sell is new factory equipment. Your full Lennox warranty applies when a licensed, manufacturer-certified contractor installs your system and registers it within 60 days.
