This Lennox 4 ton air conditioner and gas furnace system includes the ML17KC2-048-230 air conditioner, the CK40HT-51/61C-71 cased coil and the EL280UH110E48CK gas furnace. It is an AHRI certified match, reference 216050063, rated 16 SEER2.
What's Included
- ML17KC2-048-230: the outdoor air conditioner, two stage. It cools your home.
- CK40HT-51/61C-71: the indoor evaporator coil (cased coil, 21 inches wide). It connects to the furnace and works with the outdoor unit to move heat.
- EL280UH110E48CK: the gas furnace, 80% AFUE, 110,000 BTU input, 21 inches wide. It provides heat and moves air through the coil.

AHRI, the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute, runs an independent program that certifies how specific outdoor and indoor equipment performs as a matched system. This combination is listed in the AHRI Directory under certificate number 216050063. As a certified match, it is rated 16 SEER2 and 12.2 EER2. SEER2 measures cooling efficiency over a typical season, and EER2 measures cooling efficiency on a hot day. Higher numbers mean less electricity for the same comfort. Furnace Efficiency and Orientation
The EL280UH110E48CK is rated 80% AFUE, so about 80 percent of the fuel it burns becomes heat for your home. Refrigerant
The outdoor unit and indoor coil use R-454B refrigerant, and the system includes refrigerant leak detection. R-454B equipment should not be mixed with R-410A components.
Warranty
HVAC USA is an authorized Lennox reseller, and this is new factory equipment. It carries the full Lennox warranty when a licensed, manufacturer-certified contractor installs it and registers it within 60 days.
