Description
The Lennox CK40HT-30B-01 is a cased horizontal evaporator coil for 2.5 ton R-410A systems, with a factory-installed R-410A expansion valve. It fits a 17.5-inch B cabinet Lennox furnace.

Reading the model number
The first C means indoor coil, K means R-454B compatible, and 40 is the Quantum coil series. The H after 40 is the horizontal cased cabinet, T is the factory expansion valve, 30 is the 2.5 ton size, B is the 17.5-inch cabinet that matches B furnaces, and 01 means an R-410A expansion valve is installed.
What it pairs with
It lines up with Lennox furnaces that carry the B cabinet letter. As shipped, it's set up for R-410A. The air conditioners and heat pumps we sell use R-454B, so pairing it with one needs Lennox's R-454B expansion valve and refrigerant detection parts, ordered separately.
Sizing and fit
Choose the size to match your outdoor unit's tonnage, and the cabinet letter to match your furnace. Right-hand airflow needs a field-built 6-inch spacer between the furnace and the coil. Have your outdoor unit's model number ready when you call, and we'll check it against Lennox's AHRI matchups.
Warranty and registration
HVAC USA is an authorized Lennox reseller, and everything we sell is new factory equipment. Your full Lennox warranty applies when a licensed, manufacturer-certified contractor installs your system and registers it within 60 days.
