What a 93% AFUE furnace means for your install
A 93% AFUE furnace is a condensing furnace. It vents through PVC pipe and needs a condensate drain, so plan for both if you're replacing an 80% unit that used a metal flue. The ML193 is single-stage, so it runs at full heat whenever it's on. To compare efficiency levels, see Lennox 95%, 96%, and 97% AFUE furnaces. Match the cabinet width to your evaporator coil.
