About The Lennox CK40DT-42B-71

The Lennox CK40DT-42B-71 is a cased downflow evaporator coil for 3.5 ton R-454B systems, with a factory-installed R-454B expansion valve. It fits a 17.5-inch B cabinet Lennox furnace.

Reading the model number

The first C means indoor coil, K means R-454B, and 40 is the Quantum coil series. The D after 40 is the downflow cased cabinet, T is the factory expansion valve, 42 is the 3.5 ton size, B is the 17.5-inch cabinet that matches B furnaces, and 71 means R-454B only.
